In collaboration with the Robotic Synthesis Division, the Department of Secret Projects Department has responded to market demand with a dark bronze variant of the Mk.X “Devastator.” This is the first drop of the new Mk.X design in dark finished bronze steel, which has 10 fins around the base, as well as 10 linear flutes along the fins for maximum surface area and heat dissipation. There are four flutes around the end of the muzzle, to reduce undesired spread of gamma rays under rapid-fire conditions.
Due to the complexity of the design, these are 3D printed in bronze steel. These have been lightly polished after printing, which results in some lighter colors in the high points and leaves the deep bronze color in the low areas of the design. They’re quite beefy at 18 grams each, the same as the copper machined Ray Gun beads and a fair bit heavier than the Ti machined (10g) beads.
